This is one of my favorite hot sauces that I've bought in recent memory. It has a nice flavor, less sour than your average jalapeno hot sauce. It also has a decent kick to it, more so than most jalapeno hot sauces that I've tried. So far, it is my favorite jalapeno hot sauce, and I definitely plan on buying more of it in the future.

Gator Drool!!!! Wooooweeee that stuff is the best freaking hot sauce I've tried! Gives you a nice kick when you first taste it with a powerful flavor, then the heat is almost immediately gone.. its awesome!!! Any cajun/southern would be missing out to not have this kit in their kitchen!

I am from Louisiana and I love Cajun food. I live in the north so it's often difficult to find good Cajun food, so I opted to make my own! I think this a great brand and I recommend it to everyone.

I ordered this product for a Father's Day gift forms husband. He is a huge fan of Stale Kracker. I looked at this product on the actual product website also. Amazon offered a much better price, especially with the shipping cost. My husband absolutely loved this sauce! He puts it on everything. It had a great flavor without being extremely spicy. You taste more flavor than actual heat. I would highly recommend thos product. My only complaint would be the bottle is too small. However, I'm pretty sure this is the only size it comes in.

I absolutely loved the sauce but the cap got broken in shipping, so I was only able to enjoy it a couple times.

This is my favorite hot sauce. Right amount of seasonings and heat. Goes perfect with the seasonings he has. I have the hot seasoning and have had it for months but haven't tried it yet but when I do my seafood I'm definitely going to use it!
