Great printer for utility bill receipts. Works well, not noisy at all.

I bought this unit just a month ago November 15 got delivered 17. I started using the unit right away. so far i have tried the bluetooth feature of this machine works fine with some glitches in between ( suddenly drops bluetooth connectivity.i tried today to use it in the kitchen via ethernet cable and did a test print. worked fine. printer ethernet and square( in my case ) should be connected to the same wifi.the print speed is a bit slow compared to my previous tm t88V older version which i use in my other establishment.so i would give it a 4 star.The testing is on let see if anything changes i will update here.

Purchased from BecTech in CA. I had initially inquired if this model came with a US power supply and cable, in which I was informed it did. I had assumed this to mean it was a US model/serial. When I tried to register the product for support with Epson, they informed me the serial number is for a non-US, and is not valid for Epson's US support.The unit is an actual Epson printer, it is just a non-US model "repackaged" with a US power supply. ARGH!
