I’m loving the quality of this balance board. I haven’t had a problem doing the exercises on the twist board. The Fit Board is really getting me to sweat! I feel my core, abs, quads, and thighs working out. After 30 min, I’m beat. I get 150 twists in, then do 50 squats. The balance part, similar to a Bosu Ball, is really get my legs nimble and stronger. After getting comfortable with the balance, my endurance is picking up and I see myself getting thinner and toner. I love it! This is so much fun and I’m getting in shape!I saw the Simply Fit board, and this exercise board is way better priced, and it has done a great job so far. I don’t sense a difference. You can look up the videos online and follow them. I highly recommend adding this to your workout equipment!

This twist board gets you moving! My job requires me to be sitting for long periods of time, and I’ve never been one to enjoy the treadmill or just walking. But the Fit Board changes that! I’m twisting my body. I’m squatting. I’m sweating! The balance board helps you destress after a long day. Instead of just sitting in front of the tv for the rest of the night, I get up and move! I sweat it all out, and feel great afterwards! I’m noticing the effects too. My abs feel tender. My lower body and core is definitely getting toner. Get fit, and stay fit! Received product quickly. Packaged well, no damage to board. Easy to use! Can't speak to results as I've only had it a few days. I plan on keeping it next to my chair in the living room and using it each time a commercial comes on. I'm hopeful it will help me incorporate more movement along with my walking regimen.
