i had my doubts at first but it fits once i figured out how to put the battery correctly into my 3m headgear and as far as i can tell the battery life has been pretty long so far that i have noticed so its perfect for me that i'm able to listen to my music while i'm at work that requires my headgear specs. worth buying and hopefully it will last me a long time before i buy another one.

The Worktunes takes regular AA batteries -this is a huge plus & rare plus these days. I have rechargeable AA lithium batteries, that when they go bad, I can just buy a new set. Also, you can buy a rechargeable lithium ion battery pack for the Worktunes, if you want to -I wouldn't do this myself, why should I, when I can use my own AA rechargeables, or AA alkalines for much cheaper. A lot of other hearing protection have rechargeable non-replaceable lithium, or a proprietary replaceable lithium rechargeable that the seller promises they will sell/give to you, good luck with that, no thanks.The Worktunes volume control is excellent, the other hearing protection I returned was wonky control. Some people say the Worktunes sound is too quiet, seems plenty loud enough to me, no complaints there, maybe hard of hearing, not judging. I used it with my snow blower, connected to my phone via bluetooth, rock on!!The Worktunes uses a standard micro USB cable, for recharging (note: it does not come with the rechargeable battery pack, you have to purchase it separately). The 3.5mm jack & USB port are protected by a rubber cover -which is good. The other hearing protection I returned did not have a cover, and without a cover, sawdust, grime, etc. is going to get in there.The Worktunes manual is 16 pages of detailed information on the operation, as well as the safety of the hearing protection -professional & trusting, as I would expect from 3M. The protection I returned, just 2 pages, with minimal safety verbiage.The Worktunes has a large "click wheel", and for bluetooth & AM/FM, click/turn once clockwise for next track, click once counter clockwise for previous track, simple, I like it.The click wheel is meh for AM/FM. It clicks through "even " stations in the U.S.A, -which is a useless waste of time, example clicking 4 times clockwise in FM:91.3 (start at)91.4 click 191.5 click 291.6 click 391.7 click 4In U.S.A there is never a 91.4, or a 91.6, so you are wasting time clicking through these "useless stations".Last night I made a belt out of old watches, that was a waist of time for sure.Get your mad click skilz ready, cuz you're gonna do a lot of it.The software should sense that if you click/turn quickly, that it should like skip ahead to stations like every 5 stations per click, so you're not wasting time, and when you slow down the clicks, it clicks every decimal point.Currently it clicks every decimal point, and it's not a great design.If you replace the batteries, bye bye presets, so the other reviews say. I only listen to bluetooth, so I didn't test this, cut me some slack jack, don't have a boring tuna, don't have a boring life.

It hooks up easily to Bluetooth sound quality is good really good I used it for a 40 plus Hour Work Week without charging it I can take phone calls and the calls are clear definitely will buy this again
