Fresh out of the box, plugged it in and…. Defective. Video would not come through. I took a picture I thought it would let me upload but doesn’t seem like I can. Cheap and didn’t work.

Amazing value for people just looking to start recording or streaming console games without spending 3x as much as branded ones.

A beautiful device, it works fine and the production is amazing, only I have some comments, First the device is getting hot during recording so you need a good suitable working environment, the second when you connect IN and OUT HDMI cables the output video quality which is going to the TV or Monitor is less quality than the original, but the recording video quality remains good and acceptable, last remember to have very good computer and fast enough to capture the HD videos otherwise you will face some recording latency and corruptions.

I've tried a bunch of these off brand capture cards that claim to do 60fps 1080p out of the USB for streams and I can guarantee that they are all using the same chipset that does not do that. It's just blatant false advertising. If you are looking to get a capture card to capture your game at that resolution/framerate for a stream then look elsewhere. Especially at known brands (elgato, evga, avermedia, nzxt)However if you are okay with a 1080p 30fps capture then it works pretty well. Image is clear and there's no audio delay like the other off brand capture cards.
