Oh I'm so thrilled with this product it's improved my shower rum facilities immensely you don't always want to do your hair in the shower every time before you go out it but you do want to do your hair so in between a full shower I liked because I like to do my hair once if not twice a day sometimes and also if I've got friends coming around and they want me to do their hair for them I like to do it from start to finish so I give them the wash and all the rest of it and obviously you can't do that in a shower but now I've got this so easy it's there open valve down so it's a normal tap and then you just flip the Rope the valve up and you've got you shower Rose to use to shampoo anyone's hair on your own and you've got the three pressures water pressures which is lovely absolutely beautiful a good two meter hose length to play a rhyme with and the bracket with sticks so beautifully to the tiles are such good quality of workmanship and actually easy to follow Instructions once you've got the right tool to get your old fitment off and apply the new one in with your valve and then attach the Rose to it and you're well away I'm so so pleased with it I highly recommended to friends and I highly recommend it to you

Basically not fit for purpose, shower head ok, made of cheep plastic, as for the hose, the inner core is very thin cheep plastic, the outer core is made of cheep steel. Turned shower head on, worked ok, turned shower head off and the pipe exploded, water everywhere, and the water pressure was very low. No I would not recommend this product, I would not give it a star if I could.

Such an amazing product. Fits perfectly. Value for money. Great performance. Can use the tap and use as a hand shower at the same time by just turning the knob.

My wife has just fractured her right ankle and had an operation to put it back together. Consequently she cannot climb to stairs to the bathroom so she asked me to buy this.So attaching it to the kitchen mixer tap was difficult initially due to a plastic screwed in water stream fitting in the tap. I had to use my finger nails to unscrew it! The fitting included with shower attachment actually fitted and I screwed it in finger tight. After that all went well apart from leaks at both ends. The main leak came from the shower head end and I couldn't tighten it any further so I kept my hand over the leak while washing my wife's hair. I will find an additional washer and see if that will stop the problem.We only need this for as long as the cast is on my wife's foot so I will persevere. It works but not as well as I would like. The build quality is reasonable apart from the leaks.Added later..I bought a set of black rubber O washers from Amazon and added them as shown in the photos. This stopped all the leaks thankfully.

We bought this to attach to our bath so we could wash the dog off easier after muddy walks. Really easy to fit, love the adhesive holder that comes with it too! The shower has 3 different settings which are really useful. For less than £20 it's a really good buy and I absolutely recommend it!

I really wanted to like this product as it seemed ideal for my wanted purpose.I wanted a small handheld shower to attach to the bath faucet, to make cleaning the bath easier when rinsing away cleaning products, and in addition I wanted a diverter so that I didn't have to remove the shower attachment each time I wanted to run a bath.My first issue was that the diverter did not fit the bath faucet, only the washbasin faucet. The washbasin isn't overly big so the handheld shower felt too bulky to use in this area and personally I did not want to have to use the product like this at all. The plastic cabling also didn't stretch as far as I was hoping which didn't help the cause.Still persisting, I bought a faucet adapter so that I could finally attach the shower to the bath faucet.Even with the rubber washers added to the adapters, water still leaked out of the bottom of the diverter when directing the water to the shower head. The water flow was also very poor when using the shower head, and when using it to run a bath. I finally admitted defeat and opted to return the item.Maybe for £16 I was expecting too much(!) however I have now purchased alternative products in the hope that I can achieve the outcome I was looking for with this product.TLDR:If you want a handheld shower for your washbasin sink, this *may* be the product for you.If you want a handheld shower for your bathtub faucet, this is definitely NOT the product for you.

Easy to install, fits exactly what it says on the info, easy to use, got for bathing the dog, very happy with product
