Great upgrade for my camper. Hated the blue led light on the old USB outlet. It was bright and drew from the battery to light the blue light (although not a significant draw). This has USB and USB-C which is an upgrade from the dual USB we'd previously had. Works well with my Apple phone and USB-C charging electronics. Great charging speed. Very easy to install, but there are no wire nuts or crimp connectors included, so make sure you have them available when installing.

Worked great for me. Added to my camper on either side of the bed. Wired to a fused DC buss wired directly to the battery so we can charge our devices while boondocking. Only complaint is the cover doesn't stay closed but I don't really care about that.

Easy to install. They work great. The cover is kind of pointless in a travel trailer. Overall they power everything like they should.

Charges great, however, for me, it had flaws. First, when it has power, you never really know it is powered since it comes with no indicator light or other to verify it actually has power available. For me, that kills this charger with no indication at all. Second, if you need to use screws, it has no holes but does have on back side the spots to drill holes yourself which is ok, but Then needs a bigger drill bit to have an angle on hole to counter sink or flush a screw to mount. It looks great and does work great, but somany others out there have a glow showing it actually is working.

I have an external solar array which has a 12 volt battery inside a weatherproof box. I drilled a 5/16" hole in the plastic box. I used clear silicone adhesive/sealant to mount this to the box. I connected the leads to the 12 volt battery that is recharged by a small solar controller. I now have a USB/USB C weatherproof receptacles outdoors to charge devices while working outdoors on my property. It is protected by overhead solar panels, so I'm hoping the sun's UV rays will not be directly onto it to degrade the plastic/rubber materials. I'm hoping it is durable for years. Time will tell.
