NuunActive: Tri-Berry Electrolyte Enhanced Drink Tablets, 10 Count (Pack of 3)

My doctor told me if I was over 40 and playing sports, I needed this and she was right! Really cuts down on leg cramps and that dehydration feeling even though your drinking water. Now, I have a tablet once day even if I’m not playing a sport. I’ve tried all the flavors too, none of them are bad, just a subtle taste.

These tablets are awesome! I've saved plenty of rookie hikers on the trails with these. They cramp up severely to the point they can't walk anymore. I feed them a tablet with a litre of water and 30 minutes later they're good to go. But these boneheads also lack plenty of water on these very long hikes.Highly recommended for all athletes and normal people who want to stay hydrated and maintain healthy muscle conditions. I give this to my 85 year old mom and she says she's feels great after.

The flavors aren't great but drinkable. The most important thing is this product supplies important electrlytes when exercising. Solved my problem with dehydration. Better than Gatorade for 2 reasons: cheaper and can put in your own conrainer without using a plastic bottle.

My husband uses these when he bikes, hikes and skis and sweats by them. Helps with electrolytes, a no sugar alternative to Gatorade.

TLDR: this isn't the sport flavor pictured. If you want that, try your luck here, or buy in person as a sports shop.I Ordered this product because of the deal for the 3 pack. I THOUGHT I was getting the sport as the picture shows. I previously bought from REI and was refreshing for both hiking and relaxing instead of a sports drink.What I got was a purple bottle that says hydration, not sport hydration. Not thinking anything of it aside from reviews mentioning formula change, I opened it up and gave it a try.While not bad... it's not the same either. It tastes mostly the same, but doesn't have as much flavor or as much fizz as the sport one does. Also, the tablets are more pink than purple as the sports ones are.Great for just needing a pick me up at home or work, but not what I was looking for for a strenuous hike where the extra flavor is what I'm looking for.I'm highly disappointed that the product being shipped and sold is NOT what is being advertised, and I cant return what has already been opened.In the pictures: Item on left is what I got from this order, the item on the right is what is advertised and what I already owned. A few years ago, I had my large intestine removed because of Ulcerative Colitis. Staying hydrated in the Texas summer is difficult under normal conditions, missing the organ that performs 80% of the water absorption function is almost impossible. As my body adjusts, Nuun has been there to assist with keeping me hydrated. Doesn’t have all that extra garbage that the “other” electrolyte drinks have, costs less per serving and is perfectly being on the go.

I was a huge fan of the old Nuun Tri-Berry and used it for years for hydration when running. The new formulation is absolutely horrible! The old flavor was light, refreshing and a little fizzy. The new one is bright pink, has a concentrated flavor and all I can describe it is as YUCK. I’ve tried it twice thinking there had to be a mistake. I’m calling the company tomorrow to see if something can be done. I’m so disappointed because I really did love (and depend on) their old formulation and flavors. Guess I’m heading over to the Skratch camp!

We were headed to a "celebration of life" of our good friend. We knew we'd be toasting the dear man with a bottle of his very own whiskey. "This is going to be a rough night," I said. I wasn't just talking about the loss. A hangover was in my future for sure. My friend offered me this. He said, "drink one now, one after." I can't believe it but after fool-heartedly mixing my alcohols all night long, I woke up pain free! Well, physically pain free. We were still very sad about our friend.Great after workouts too!
