Very pleased with my lock, high quality, robust, easy to setup, works well as it should be, probably one of the best on the market, so far so good.

Consistently good functionality
For use in the car so required a key for backup which has not been required to date. Excellent fast functioning and doing the job as required very well with two users registered

Don't waste your money.
Bought this in June and today, it just stopped working. Doesn't turn on and plugging it into USB C does nothing. No way of returning or replacing. Please please, save your money.

TERRIBLE - Broke after 8 weeks and cannot return for refund
Broke after 8 weeks - would not stay closed.There is no option to return to Amazon for a refund.

The Battery died within 6 weeks. Now I have an expensive padlock.
It was fantastic until the battery died.The Battery died within 6 weeks and now does not hold the charge. Even when fully charged the battery dies after 20 mins. Now I have an expensive padlock.

Can't restore factory settings
To restore to factory settings, I should press the button for 5 second until the led blinks white...yeah sure!Now I have a padlock that opens even with a knuckle.
