I've been using the Maxisys 908 CV II over the past year and flawless with capabilities and updates across RVs and Heavy Trucks. I have been watching the Ultra lite because I don't need the extra features of the Ultra... price was competitive and 2-year updates sealed the deal. Product was delivered one day after order in perfect condition. Setup took 5 minutes and updates were immediate. I ran into a VCI firmware issue (my fault--trying to update on PC for the first time) and thought I was in trouble as VCI just flashed red and would not connect... connected the VCI to the Ultra directly and it reflashed no problem and brought it operational again... this was a big relief. // I had questions via email and they were responded promptly.... The scanning capability, bidirectional tests, and live data graphing were as expected from demonstrations, and flawless. The larger screen is easy on the eyes. Docking station is nice and of course the carrying case is industrial. Great value, product, and service... nice alternative to the older, over-priced, brands of the past. Autel for the win... keep growing (in vehicle coverage and capabilities) and please keep the prices down for us small shop owners. thanks.

I’ve been using Snapon Solus supplied by shop for more than 10 years. Lot of newest cars can’t diagnose properly and now I got Autel and my experience and scanner capacity went up to a new dimension. Especially Topology and Intelligent diagnose features helps me a lot. I am very happy with functions and helping videos directly on this scanner. Highly recommended for a Technician who has less experience to highly experienced users.

I purchased this scanner in the summer of 2022 and I use it daily. It has excellent bidirectional controls and many other features. I highly recommend this tool and Autel Direct. The good folks at AutelDirect where also able to add Remote Expert to the tool for me!I am very happy with the new feature and the help from them.
