Great Customer Service. Stands by Warranty.
Purchased in July. The part quit in October. I might have had a defective part but Marsflex stand by it's warranty. Would recommend and use again.

Packaged well.
The sensor came boxed and in good condition. The heater resistance was higher that the old sensor removed. Fortunately the elevated sensor resistance has not trigger a diagnostic code. Overall the sensor is working well.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A DIFFERENT PRODUCT
These sensors are garbage; I had oxygen sensor codes on my 03 suburban so i replaced the 02 sensors with four of these, cleared the codes and ran the truck for a minute and the codes came back; so I'm thinking that something else is wrong so on the suggestion of my mechanic I repaced the ECM and still had the codes; then I checked the ground for the harness to the 02 sensors to insure there was no short; after months of wondering what the problem was with the rough idling and sometime soot from the exhaust I decided to take the truck to an electrical specialist and they told me, in no uncertain terms, that my problem was the 02 sensors, these sensors, that I bought from Amazon; I lost a lot of time and money because of these sensons; I suggest you buy OEM parts, DONT BUY THESE.
