I cannot imagine living without this dispenser now. I bought it in the early spring when the temperatures were beginning to warm up and I was anticipating having ice cold drinks on hand - SOOOO glad I did!! I love the convenience of the ice on hand, fresh made and not that glob that most refrigerator ice makers make - that you have to beat apart. UGH! My daughter drinks hot tea all day, year round and she loves this dispenser for the hot water that is actually perfect for hot tea or cocoa. I love the cold water and the ice - its actually gotten me drinking more water than before which is PLUS PLUS!

This is the best ice making and water dispenser ever...when you're not using the ice it shut it down automatically. They only thing is you have to push the button and wait about 5 to 10 minutes and you will have ice again. It's as if you don't use what's made it remelts back to water. Overall it's worth the money.

I absolutely loved this machine when I first received it, but am very disappointed now that the ice maker no longer works. For $300+, this thing should be fully functional for more than 5 months. Do not buy!

Amazon did help getting this resolved! Texting back and forth with Amazon, the seller asked that we turn on the ice and keep the water off. Thought that was weird, but did it. To our surprise, ice was made. Amazon contacted the seller and they agreed to refund us. Waiting for a new machine now. THANK YOU AMAZON!We purchased this on May 30th and it was delivered June 3rd. We absolutely loved it for 6 weeks, until it stopped producing ice or cooling water. We tried to contact Amazon for help with the order but it hasn't gone well. It has been hard getting a response. I thought I had purchased the protection but didn't...ugh! If you purchase this, please buy the protection. As I said, it worked great for about six weeks.

Very easy setup, easy to use, and was packaged very well.

Product came quickly and packaged well. The setup was relatively easy and performs the tasks of the description. The cleaning process is very difficult as there is little to no room to clean inside the machine. When referring to the user manual for proper care instructions, it quickly became clear that someone translated the manual to English that didn't fully understand English.

Nice unit seems to work ok. I have only been using the cold water tab until today made ice. Love the size of the cubes. Fits nicely on my new stand as shown in picture.

It is exactly 1 year later that the ice function stopped working. So far that is the only function not working, but nonetheless, it was the MAIN reason why we bought the machine.
