Q: one small plastic part in the lid for blocking water leakage from the small hole was lost. Can I get a replacement for this part? Thanks.

You should have reeived a replacement part when you received the bottle. If you have already used this part, I beleive That you will have to contact the manufacturers.

Q: Can this bottle go in the dishwasher?

Our bottles are TOP RACK dishwasher safe. But we highly recommend handwashing with dishwashing soap and water, it only takes a couple of mins. :)

Q: Is there anyway to get rid of the chemical smell of the bottle? I've tried scrubbing it and leaving it to soak in hot soapy water but it still stinks!

I filled it with cold bottled water, and added 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda. I left it overnight then put it through a dishwasher cycle. Worked a treat for me.
