Motivation with a plan!
Epic Performance is a clear concise read and I highly recommend it.The author discusses the five pillars of success he’s put together through interviewing high achieving executives,endurance athletes and personal experience.I like the fact he is an endurance athlete and executive who’s managed multi-million dollar projects. He talks about the mental process of running 205 miles around Lake Tahoe…his struggles and finally reaching the finish line. It’s a great analogy for how to reach your own goals.At the end of each chapter there’s bullet point questions and exercises to help you focus on your personal goals.The concepts he gives are easily applied to achieving a goal no matter what it might be.Again, I highly recommend this book!

Live life without regrets
I had the privilege to read this book in my master's program. I have genuinely taken the time to understand and analyze how many things I can relate to my life experiences in this book. It gives an insight into professionals who have taken complex life changes and faced tough decisions and how they overcame extreme difficulties that rewire their brains to achieve and go beyond the horizon. I advise people to read it and put it into perspective. Truly one of the best books I have ever read that I consider a tool.Miguel Molina

Framework to be successful in life
Great book. EPIC Performance provides a framework to see how folks that excel in some facets of life can apply a similar approach to be successful in other facets of life. The EPIC Performance framework is spot on and the author gives some great examples from many successful people about how to pursue big ideas. There are plenty of practical tools throughout the book. Great read and very helpful guidance.

What does it take to beat your own ‘big goals’?
A fascinating read about chasing excellence in the business world interwoven with examples of endurance athletes or in some cases who excel as both. I could closely identify with subjects covered including having growth mindset, planning in chunks for big goals, managing risks and finding your why to pull through emotional journey of ‘ups and downs’ in testing times. Having completed a marathon and written a book myself, I find this book as an inspiration to chase even bigger goals

Take your performance to the next level
Bryan does an excellent job of guiding the reader through the process of achieving whatever goals in your life are important to you. It starts with identifying your “why” and then mapping out a plan to perform at your peak. Anything is possible after you read this book!

Amazing Read
My husband wanted to read this book and here is his review:Epic Performance is just what I needed to jump start my health and take my personal business to the next level. I was stagnant for over a year and not going to the gym because I couldn't find the motivation. That all changed after reading Epic Performance. The book challenged me to dig within myself and unlock what was holding me back from getting back in shape. The five pillars of EPIC Performance provided a framework to help me swim twenty-one miles in open water across Lake Tahoe—one of my greatest accomplishments!. Bryan has done a fantastic job laying out the foundation for a great framework that will help you reach your goals above a beyond what you think is possible. Great read and great testimony from great leaders and athletes who accomplished huge goals. Highly recommended.

Inspiring and practical
A unique perspective to aiming higher and reaching goals you have been too afraid or intimidated to set. Each chapter has a great blend of personal stories, practical advice, and questions to consider to push your own boundaries. Loved the approach of comparing goals in any area of life to athletic challenges, because in the end we all go on the same emotional journey to achieve ambitious goals.
