6 Inch Oscillating Clip-On Fan For Grow Tents, Quiet Variable 2-Speed Settings, Humidity-Resistant Motor, Fully Adjustable Sturdy Clip

Bought this middle of October and already the oscillating feature does not work. Not very happy with this atm. Hopefully it’s a defective unit and the company helps me out untill then gotta give the review based on what I got.Update***Customer service reached out to me and sent a replacement fan without me even having to contact them. Gonna mark the oscillating not working up to a defective unit. Would definitely buy again seeing as they have great customer service.

Great product. The fan clip is very strong with a rubber grip that prevents the fan from moving at all! Cord adequately long. 2 speed settings and this really moves alot of air. I will be getting rid of my other small fans. Works perfectly. 10/10

This is a fan priced better than the AC Infinity for the oscillating feature, but after owning them both and literally having to return more than one Growbuds due to cheap assembly, I cannot recommend this fan. The one I'm in the process returning arrived without anything anchoring the screw responsible for adjusting the angle of the fan, so it can do nothing but point straight down. The identical one I still own that arrived with all of the parts requires multiple zip ties- on the tent pole and on the fan hinge- in order to keep it pointed upright and secured to the pole due to a very, very loose and ineffective tent clip. I'd read similar reviews from grow sites, but tried once I saw on Amazon, and I will just spend the extra fifteen bucks for a dependable oscillating tent fan, because these are terrible.

It's a bit too big for the small 5 shelf green house I have . Normally I get 2 1020 trays per shelf but with this fan it I lose 1 trays worth of space. Also the low setting is enough to messup your microgreens if they are less than 6 inches away. The upside I only need 1 of these an it circulates the air for all 5 shelves when the door is zippered. It is fairly flexible when trying to mount and point in the right direction but it is little limited in it's range of motion

Would be nice if it had a low low speed but hey that’s OK, It’s solid it’s not rinky-dink like the rest of them, I have not tried AC infinity oscillating small fan yet because I couldn’t get it . I was lucky to find this one. I may buy another one. I really like that they use an electrical cord and not USB . You can tell when you open it up it’s made to last. I’ll let you know if it doesn’t.. I bought this one around the $50 mark, and they sold out quick, now they are at like $30, definitely worth that

The shroud cover is super soft and mine came dented but I was able to push the dent out with my thumb.It was almost impossible to fully thread the wing bolt that secures the fan to the clip but fortunately I had knife bearing lubricant (Gunny Glide) and I was finally able to fully thread the bolt.The fan itself is very quiet but I have doubts about the longevity of the two speed switch on the back of the fan.I would also suggest when ordering that you check the gift box or it will arrive in original box with a shipping label on it instead of inside another box. Mine looked like it fell down a flight of stairs upon arrival.UPDATE: Oscillating feature stripped itself and no longer works and downgraded to 2 stars from 3 stars

I don't mind spending a premium for a quality product, but this is not it. $40 is quite expensive for a fan, but this one claimed to have all the features I was looking for so I coughed up.My first issue is that, despite advertising that the clip is compatible with ANY grow tent, it doesn't grip strong enough on my tent and instead slowly slides down the framework pole. The fan is also very heavy for its size, which is contributing to the issue. I have a VERY common tent, one of the most prominent brands, so I found it very strange that the clip doesn't even work with such a well-known company.My second issue is the noise. The first two days were fine, it was smooth. Now there's an incessant rattling sound that I can not get to the bottom of. It seems to be coming from the internal components of the fan. My grow tent is in a spare bedroom so it's not that big of a deal, but still disappointing.Outside of these two issues, the fan works well and does what you would expect.

Works like a champ! This clamp works excellent. Plenty of room for fan to sweep from right to left without burying itself in the tent wall on either side. Stays put. Would recommend this product to anyone. Personally I am quite pleased with my purchase.
