Great for backing cakes
This is my second bucket, great for baking cakes.

Nice cake flour
Very soft cake flour. Fine and silky, and bakes up very tender in the final product. Great size. Sturdy container, but hard to get the strip off the lid when you first open it. After that it seals well between uses. Will definitely purchase again.

Totally worth it!
I loved this flour I used it to bake a chocolate cake. I will be making cookies with it next and see how it goes.

Pull tab is very hard to pull off.
The pull tab on the lid is very much attached to the rest of it. You really have to wrestle it off and it becomes quite sharp as it pulls away. The flour itself is perfectly fine in quality and flavor. Does the job.
