Appearance is amazing, as well as performance. Spray option is great and love how it even has an option to wash your feet or be like a water jet for the little ones. No leakage so far, and the water temperature option works perfectly. Only thing is that the plastic tray it comes with is a little useless and not too big. We put a shampoo and body get bottles on it and when pumping product out by pushing down on the bottles, the tray fell off. It was never very sturdy, that’s why we ended up drilling a dispenser in the wall and taking the little tray off the shower system. Now everything works perfectly.

I received the product had the plumbers install it which they said it was easy to install. Works great all the different buttons all work, had a great shower then cleaned the shower. The only thing I need now is how to register is for the warranty, there was no information in package if someone could help me with that it would be greatly appreciated as there is a 20 yr warranty on it. Now, the sprayer handle broke and I need a new sprayer.

I purchased this for a bathroom remodel we were completed ourselves (ya know don’t took like 9-72 months to complete). I should’ve trusted my instincts instead of being swayed by the affordability. I didn’t install until 10 months after purchasing, the main shower head broke 2 months after that , I ordered a replacement. Another 4 months down the road and the valve is now defective. Hindsight, I probably shouldn’t have used this in a tiled curb less shower, since I’m now stuck with the same type of fixture. Going in I knew I’d have to have the same style shower fixture, unless I wanted to drill more holes in my tiles, I didn’t know it would require replacing yearly. Just don’t use this in an indoor shower with limited plumbing access, it’s definitely a better fit for an outdoor wooden fence post type shower. In addition, it was listed as thermostatic and that is not entirely accurate. It’s not truly thermostatic, the temperature control never worked from the start. Don’t expect it to last, if you’re ok with that then buy it, otherwise spend more now and less headaches and money later on

I was looking for a low profile Shower to maximize height. It's a beautiful Shower unit. The only thing I noticed off was that the shower stem doesn't come out in the center of the two water pipes, so if you are a little OCD this may bother you. The rain head is plastic, I didn't expect that but it saves on weight, looks and works good. We had an issue with the thermostatic hot water adjuster not working correctly so we contacted the seller and they sent out a new unit right away. Overall very happy with the product.

This shower assembly was easy to put together and install. Took me a minute to figure out how to get hot water. There is some weight to the main part which, I liked.

I recently purchased and installed this assembly. The only problem I have encountered is the head started separating. The company responded really quickly and is sending a replacement. Will definitely be looking at other products from them in my future upgrades. 100% recommend this product and company.
