These help control and lower my blood sugar. I take them 3 times a day with my meals. Drink lots of water with them too. I’m very satisfied with this capsules.

When i saw that, i immediately thought "that seems excessive" especially how it's over 2000 milligrams. So, i took two instead... Thirty minutes later, i immediately had an allergic reaction. My lips got so swollen that it looked like i recently got Botox on my lips. Then my left arm started getting these random bumps. I immediately started drinking water and milk to dilute the effects. I'll try with one pill next time, if that doesn't work then i can't personally recommend this item. It's also concerning that this isn't FDA approved.... Update:: Took one pill this time and i didn't get an allergic reaction. But it still felt heavy in my stomach. So, I'd say this: take one after a meal. Drink lots of fluids too. I'm going to take this every other day. Update 2::: So, I finished taking the whole bottle after taking one pill a day, everyday. No allergic reactions after that first time. I have to say that one thing that I noticed after a week of consuming it, I had better mental clarity, better focus and felt better overall. Could it be a placebo affect? Who knows but I think it could be from this. I like it and I bought a second bottle and I also raised the scoreo. I'll do a third update after I finish the second bottle.

Not good or bad but I didn't see any changes in my body

Yall. This stuff has literally changed my life. I'm 42 years old, diabetic with severe hypertension. I was diagnosed with diabetes 3 years ago and not a day has gone by that I have felt my age. I was always weak, light headed, no energy and slept like crap. My blood pressure was all over the place. The bottom of my feet had turned hard, cracked and extremely itchy when my sugar was high. Within I'd say 2-3 days the first two things I noticed was my feet were getting soft and actually moist. Yes, I hate that word too, but its the best one I could think of to describe it. 2nd, my blood pressure was no longer shooting up high when it was time to take my next dose of medicine. In fact, it was low when I'd check it. I also noticed I wasn't hungry, at all, at any time of the day. I always feel full. My mood has changed as well. I'm no longer gloomy and less depressed. I hesitated to write this review until I'd been on this for 2 months and got my next labs. Well here I am, 2 months later. Had my labs and was weighed. I'm down 16 lbs. My A1C went from 7.2 in October to 6.5 last week (Dec 20th). I'm going to show before and after photos of my face to prove the difference. You do not have to be diabetic or have hypertension to take this, BTW. It will raise your metabolism, help prevent cancer, and so many other things besides regulating your blood sugar and helping your heart. Also, incase you're scared to take the recommended 3 pills at one time each day, I never once noticed any side effects from taking all 3. I hope this helps!!!!
