I've been taking these vitamins after bariatric surgery for over a year now. My last labs showed no vitamin deficiencies. My hair has grown super fast. Still brittle which is expected after such surgery. I trued a different brand before trying this one and it made me sick. No issues with this one.

Great product good benefits better than the chewable

This is one of the best that I have ever had. I can tell a difference in my body a couple of minutes of taking it. Usually, when my body lack something I have cravings to substitute, But I don’t have that issue anymore. I have energy, And this covers everything that I would not have gotten while eating my nutritious meal. It’s easy to take, And it has no effect on my stomach. When taking the pill It has no smell. There is no Bad taste after taking this. There is no texture when taking the pill.

After gastric sleeve I was recommended another brand which was more expensive, and was causing a lot of nausea right after taking them, showed my uncle (pharmacist) and he did some research and found these which were much cheaper and had the same if not better content on all the vitamins my doctor wanted me to get in ! And, no upset stomach with these either !
