I bought this Feb 2022 and used it four times. On my fourth use, one of the clips/locks broke so I had to tie it around the headrest of my car. I was disaappointed. It was for my bulldog (50lbs) and daschhund (15lbs).Once I completed my trip, I went to the Active Pets website and submitted a request for warranty. Three days later, no response. I sent another request and two days later, still not response. I was not happy. I had gone to Amazon's website and verified the warranty for the product which was 3 years, plus, it was not necessary to register the product other than to have the receipt for proof of purchase.I went back to Amazon to write a 2 or 3-star review. I noticed there was, in yellow, a "Get product support" button. I clicked on that and saw a link (that took me to the same website I used previously) and a phone #. I called the # just before 8p (CST) and was surprised that a person actually answered. She told me they answer til midnight. Wow! I explained what happened, gave my purchase order #, email, and mailing address. Before I knew it, she told me they will ship me out a new seat cover and I should have it in three days. The interaction was pleasan and it took less than five minutes to complete this process. I am writing the review since I now have the replacement in my possessionI rate the product a 4 of 5 Stars. The material and stitching is sturdy/strong but I am taking a star for the clip breaking. It is actually a good looking product for $40. The standard size is just right for a Lexus ES300.Customer Service: EXCELLENT when you use the Amazon product support button and phone # provided.I would buy a product from this company again.

It is nice, the material looks durable. I got a 2010 Outback, and I wish I could get a bigger size. I got a GSP, who is almost 1 year old, and when I attach all the belts, it is too small for him, like a hammock, rather than what is in the picture, but it does it's job partially, not because of the specific cover, but in general, I think th best option is to have a crate in the trunk, this will keep the interior clean longer.Can't say anything about water resistance, didn't try yet.

Product is just as advertised. It’s easy to use and set up. My pup loves it and I feel that she’s safer from falling off the seat. She’s an older dog and unstable on her feet so it’s perfect for keeping her from falling on to the floor. We used it for a long trip and it was easy to use and made things so much simpler to keep organized and clean.

I needed a new cover that would protect my whole seat from dirt, drool, snow, grass and of course hair and this works great. I love that it attaches to both seats so it can’t move around much and zips on the sides to stop him from scratching my doors when he lays down. 10/10

My dog sheds a ton, and this seat cover is the only thing keeping my car clean. It's thick enough so that even if he's anxiously trying to shred it--it holds up. It's super easy to clean. The best part is that it's easy to install and remove; I'm able to remove it partially when people need to be in my backseat, and reinstall it within 1-2 minutes.

We have 6 dogs and to move this around, this thing was GREAT! On a recent trip, we had a few issues with getting sick and spilling water, not a problem having this in my back seat. Just wish the little mesh part would zip open.

It fits well if I move my front seats all the way back but I obviously can't drive like that. Other than that, it's a great product and easy to clean.

It is a great protector but my dog made a hole in it.
