I first started off taking the "Garcinia Cambogia" gummies but they didn't work. I was afraid of the pills but I recently decided I wanted to try and loss weight again. So I found these pills the first time taking them I had a hard time getting them down. By the second time I started using apple sauce to help swallow them and it worked. I've been taking these pills for almost 3 months first week I lost 8pounds so thats a pound a day. along with cutting back my eating habits no pops or chips and eating healthier and a little exercise nothing major. In 2moths I've lost a total of 39lbs I don't eat no where near as much as I use to. These pills really do make you full fast but you can over eat and from what I have experienced when you over eat you become very nauseous so don't do it. When I don't take the pills I can tell that I can eat a little more than I would without them but definitely not much because my appetite has changed.
