Terrible fit for two Samsung devices: Galaxy S7 Edge and Tab 2.
Terrible fit for my Samsung Galaxy S7 and Tab 2.This is not an issue of worn out charge ports on the devices. Five different branded micro USB charge chords (old, new, cheap, expensive, including OEM) fit snuggly in both devices with no vertical/horizontal movement once inserted.Not so with the CoolBee adapters. Huge vertical and horizontal movement when inserted. Depending on degree of flop, no charging.Comparing to OEM, the metal insert is both too narrow and too long.Prolonged use will definitely damage your port.

With Type C the new micro form I can buy ...
With Type C the new micro form I can buy USB to Type C cables and use for those devices with micro USB.

Work for me
Since Samsung changed their cable I was looking to use my 10 foot type C cord and hook it to my wireless samsung charger, these were hard to find but have to say they work great for me. I was a little worried as others had said that they either didn't work or would not word in fast charging mode. All I can say is it works great for me. I'm getting fast charging using this adapter to change my type C cable to micro to insert into my wireless charger and getting fast charging for my S8+

I does not charge. I connected my USB C laptop charger through this adapter to my iPad and it DOES NOT charge. So disappointing!

Not pretty, but seems to work okay for charging and data transfer on iPod and iPad
Gaudy logo and weird mold shape, but I didn't have the same problem as the only other reviewer, synced and charged my iPod Nano and iPad with no issues so far. (Charging speed is dependent on the USB-C cable used with the adapter and what kind of source it's plugged in to. An actual Apple Lightning cord plugged into an actual Apple charging block will probably be faster than any adapter combination, but since this adapter lets me eliminate a cord, I'm sold.)
