Did not realize that while this works with the Raspberry Pi NOIR camera, the ends are both the same size, so it won't work with a Raspberry Pi Zero W as the camera connection on the Pi Zero W is smaller. It WILL work fine on the Pi 3 B.

Cable is longer so I can use the camera at a further distance.... ::mind blown::

Works great and its a whole lot better that the 1/2 inch cable that comes with the camera
