I am really impressed by the quality of the knee support. Because of the flexibility of the strapping I was able to include a small ice pack inside the support to relieve the swelling and then to remove it when I wanted to use it just as a support. Comfortable to wear with strong support.

After standing on fast moving and packed train for over one and a half hours. The repeated sideways movement and continuous adjustment damaged / strained the ligaments in my knee. I found that any sideways pressure was quite painful. I was looking for a flexible support to control sideways movement while the ligaments recovered. The ability to adjust the brace meant I could apply just the right amount of pressure to support the knee comfortably. The gel pad also makes the brace far more comfortable to wear for prolonged periods of time. Does the job, knee improving rapidly.
