Fantastic product light and comfortable to use when working from home. Excellent in teams calls and to use, charge and long battery.

I've been using these for a month now and they are great. Audio quality is good and the mic audio is good most of the time. Occasionally I have to lift the mic up and down again to reset the mic as the audio is muffled. Other than that they have been great, perfect for a noisy office.

Was sceptical how good they would be however they are superb. Very comfortable and easy to use even for long conference calls or listening to music cannot fault them

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with both a defective headset I purchased and the subsequent lack of response from Amazon regarding my refund.I bought the headset 7 months ago, and 2 months ago, it was riddled with issues. The sound quality was poor and the microphone was faulty. After attempting to troubleshoot these problems to no avail, I decided to return the product.Amazon received the returned headset over a month ago, yet I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. We don’t have any option on the app to contact customer service.This lack of efficiency and transparency is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.I expected better from Amazon. This experience has significantly shaken my confidence in purchasing from your platform in the future.I urge you to address this matter promptly and process my refund without any further delay.******update*****Today is 09/Sep/24 - Amazon is cheating and not refunding my money for the faulty product!!!

I was a little sceptical clicking the Buy button, there are a lot of negative reviews out there for this headset. I am running on the latest firmware, everything updated, and have no problems whatsoever.On Windows 11, I just make sure my Output and Input (in sound settings) are set to Jabra Link 380). Sound quality is excellent, and noise-cancelling for me, and people I am speaking to is fantastic.I have a USB-A adapter for my main machine, and bought a second dongle, USB-C, for my laptop. No problem connecting to either - although I don't have them connected simultaneously.I strongly recommend these. They are comfortable, the sound and noise-cancelling is excellent, and the battery life is absolutely the best. Easily get a full day of meetings out of them.

Good: sound quality is clear. Microphone works well with no echo. Playing music was a pleasant surprise, clear mid range, not too much bass and enjoyable. Can connect to phone and computer simultaneously, making them more practical than some. Easy to charge.Bad: the headphones are too tight and dig glasses into the side of your head. I wore them for 2 days, maybe 2 hours each day and I had sore red marks from the arms of my glasses digging in. Sound control buttons on the ear piece are fiddly. Sound playback volume control is not very accurate. Jumps in stages, especially if using the computer volume slider.Overall: if you have a large head like me, wear glasses or both, give them a miss. The quality of the sound is not worth the pain or constant taking glasses off to get some relief.

Best headphone but does not hold battery more than 10 hours. I just use it for daily 2-3 hour calls and battery shows low. Charging battery takes more than 2 hours. Company claimes it should work for 36 hours but its not work , battery consumption is high. Not sure , I might have received faulty one. I discussed Amazon and they have initiated return and refund. Amazon is always best for customer.
