These work really well, difficult to find a 1mg melatonin option and these are the best blend with other ingredients that I like. For stronger dose needs, I use their higher dose range which I love too.

Gets you rested and relaxed by morning
Excellent product, I will order it again! Maybe you need to be careful if next day you day need to be energetic, as one tablet gets you a bit too relaxed next day. After a solid sleep - you can count on seven hours, no snoring eithe, I felt rested and relaxed by morning. Maybe having it by weekend for a start is advisable.
