I need customized mattress for my narrow twin bed. I made the bed. I search online to find 32x74. Google take me to this bed. I didn’t pay attention and didn’t noticed it’s 30”. I thought it’s 32”. Later before they ship I asked them if they can send me 32”. I was thinking to cancel. They said there is little price difference and ask me how do I pay. I said I can send PayPal or check. Also I mention it’s for my cancer patient daughter and gap can bother her.Later they didn’t contact me. I asked and they said they already shipped 32x74. Even though it was showing they created shipping label but not give carrier yet. But I didn’t care and said it’s OK. They will send the size I wanted. I was sure because the said so.Mattress come 30x74. 😏I throw the bed I made and buy ready metal base. I paid $75 extra for that and $40 I spend to make bed go to the garbage. It is impossible to build again. I made it to fit the space I have.Expect the didn’t hold their promises about size, mattress is good quality. We need time to see better. But looks promising. If they send 32” it’s deserve 5 star. But honesty important for me. I told them if it’s come 30” i will return it back. I didn’t. It’s hard to do it. I can’t carry ans lose a business day. I have a sick child to take care of and work. In this difficult time I do count every penny. Bottom line mattress is good but the promised is not.

When it started expanding I was like omg this thing is fat!!! Lol so glad I spend the extra money on this mattress instead of buying the $100 6” mattress. I paid like $240 for this one or something like that. And ya it feels like it has a memory foam or something in it. I don’t feel any springs or anything I just feels like memory foam. And it’s firm and doesn’t sink when I lay on it. I’m hella happy about my bamboo mattress. It’s sick!!! It’s hella comfortable and i usually always just return everything on Amazon and put bad reviews on everything but this bamboo is worth it. When expanded it came out to 9” wide not 10”. And the length is 74”it feels high quality and there is like suede on the sides

I was concerned this would be a firm, foam-feeling bed, but we bought the 6" (and it is after we opened the box and unrolled it from its compact shipping box. In hindsight, I should have spent a little more and gotten the 8" or even 10" but this is for guest room , second twin...in small space, so I was trying to keep it in budget. I am pleased and while the 30"' width does limit space for a "flipper" sleeper, my guests (so far all family members, who I asked to be truthful when it came to "rating" comfort when they visited) say it is very comfortable and all have slept well in it--each for a few nights in a row. When I sit or lie on it, I find it a bit too squishy for my taste. Comfortable, yes, but I am a traditionalist and prefer the springs/coils and extra padding on a mattress. However, for the price, the quick delivery and perfect size for my small guest room, I am VERY happy with it! I may be tempted to put a board or cut a sheet of plywood to fit to provide a bit more support, especially near the sides/ends of the mattress. Will let you all know if I do.

After a bit of trying I was able to talk to a rep from Fortnight. I explained what I needed on the phone. The gentleman listened carefully, asked questions to make sure he understood what I needed. He then came up with a solution, promised I would get the mattresses within the time frame I needed which was over and above for service. I received the mattresses within the time frame promised and they were exactly what I needed for my van. I highly recommend this company. Very happy with the outcome. My only thoughts are that initially it was hard to speak to a real person. Once I did, they said I could call anytime to check on the order. My advice would be to do your part as a buyer and follow up just to keep in the loop. Thrilled with the outcome of this.

I have three cots with hard firm padding and needed cot size mattresses for them. These mattresses are perfect. They are soft, but not too soft. They look great, and no smell whatsoever (I was worried about that). Except for the narrowness, it would sleep an adult comfortably. My husband is just over 200 lbs. and he said the mattress felt great. They shipped on time and I received all three exactly the time frame stated. Now, my grandson and his buddies can come visit this Easter break.

While the mattress says it is 8 inches, after more than a month it’s only hit just over 7 inches deep. It’s still comfortable to sleep on, I have it in my RV so I use it for multiple nights and then not again for a few weeks. I’m not sure how well it would do with daily use. I already had ordered the 6” mattress which was 6” deep, but wanted to see if the 8” was more comfortable.I’m only 5’ tall and 120lbs so take that into consideration. I have no idea how this mattress would feel for average height people.

I slept so comfortable and cool.This mattress is perfect for anyone.No pressure points and stays cool.This is the best mattress I’ve ever had. Fabulous Mattress!!

I bought this mattress in April for my son after moving into a new house with a built in platform bed in his upstairs room. We already owned a twin size which he loved and insisted he only wanted the same type for the full size we now needed. I often find myself laying in his bed while waiting for him for our nightly routine and could easily fall asleep because it so comfortable!Our house guest last night who suffers from debilitating arthritis woke this morning saying she had absolutely no hip pain from sleeping on the now guest bed twin size. She followed up with me after arriving back home to find out where I had gotten it as she was going to purchase one herself! I’ve considered purchasing a slightly thinner foldable version for our camping trips as I also have arthritis and the current actually memory foam topper I use is starting to really show its wear.Over all we have 2 twins and a Full size of these mattresses all placed in solid platforms of slated buck beds, no box springs for any of them and have had zero complaints from the kids or guests!
