This Neom Diffuser is a lot bigger than my original that I sadly broke putting up my Christmas tree. It is absolutely gorgeous and if you are looking for quality and brightness and a better burst of oil perfume them this is definitely the one for you. It is more expensive but is a lot bigger as I said so in my opinion but excellent choice. Also comes with a remote control so a win win

This works really well. We have it in a fairly large room and it doesn’t take long before you get the scent once it’s turned on. The best thing about this is that it’s remote controlled, we don’t always sit near to where we keep it so the remote is handy for when you get comfy then realise you’ve forgot to turn it on. The unit itself also looks great, and it has a breathing mode where the lights guide you to breath in a way that is actually quite relaxing. Just note this is a plug in device and cannot be run with batteries.

Where do you start. Smell seems ok. But I am sending it back. You cannot turn off the led lights. I had no reply from Neom, I asked the question three days ago. The only lights you can turn off are the main ones. This is no good to me. I have just put it on in my bedroom, that’s what I bought it for, I can’t sleep with this on. I have taken some pics. The only way I could stop the light was to put a black silk cloth in front of them. I did try turning it round, but it lit the wall up 😂 If you can sleep with these lights then it’s an ok unit. But personally I think it’s way over priced. And I will be returning. It’s a bit misleading to say you can turn off the lights. It should state you can’t turn off the LED ones, if it had said that , I would not have bought it. Hence 3 stars

Lasts for hours on one charge. The remote is a bonus whilst meditating. It’s safer than tea lights as it cuts out when empty. It diffuses well through out the room, and if the door is open will diffuse into the hallway and kitchen too. Easy to clean and maintain. Very ornamental and convenient. Worth every penny

Stopped working after 5 weeks. Had to contact Amazon, they kindly resolved the issue. At this price, it should last years…

Beautiful , well made, pumps a lot of steam which makes the house smell good!

Love this Neom device and their range of essential oils. The ceramic top is a nice touch for added elegance, and I love being able to control it remotely with the remote control.
