Helped me study for my test

The book is helpful for the writing, reading, and math sections. The math is extremely easy on the test though, there is a lot of information that you won’t need that is in the book. You just need to know your fractions, ratios, and percentages and how to solve for basic word problems. I am disappointed in the science section of this book. It did not cover what was on the real test. I studied it very well, and the only sections that were helpful for the test were the gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and the hematological system. Needless to say, I scored extremely well on all the sections except science. Overall I passed the exam, but I would 100% recommend studying for the science portion with other materials.

This book does a great job of including topics that are foundational to success in nursing school. So many nursing students struggle to grasp nursing school concepts because they have a weak understanding of math and anatomy/physiology. As a former nursing school instructor, I would recommend this book to anyone who is preparing for nursing school, even if their school doesn’t require a nursing school entrance exam.

This is a really great eBook! It was very helpful and broke down concepts and made them understandable. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is studying for the Kaplan Exam!
