This is the only vitamin that I have taken over the years that I can tell a difference in how I feel within a week of starting to take it. ALL of the other vitamins that I've taken made no discernable difference in how I felt. I also dropped a tablet into a cup of water to see if it would dissolve because many do not. It quickly dissolved so I knew that was a positive feature. I recommended it to a friend who also had the same positive results as I had... more energy, more alert, etc. Try it and I think you will agree.

I used to suffer from malnutrition-induced fatigue and chronic sickness. After a few months on these supplements, I felt infinitely better.The ingredients in this multi are much more bio-available than other pills (e.g., it includes magnesium citrate and not magnesium oxide, chelated iron, etc). Additionally, the pill matrix breaks down easier (mainstream pills house the vitamins in the equivalent of concrete) so your body can access the vitamins and minerals better.These STINK, and I used to gag when taking them, but the quality is more than worth the trouble. If this is a big problem, buy the capsules instead of the tablet, and keep em in the fridge. As another reviewer posted, these are the best value for quality multis!

I have been taking this multivitamin for about a year now and when taken as instructed, it is a very well-rounded, overall supplement. I use to take this multivitamin without the iron, but I just recently switched to include iron because my twin sister was diagnosed with severe anemia. Being able to chose whether or not you want iron in your favorite supplement is a great perk for the Source Naturals Life Force line. I would recommend it to my friends and family. However, I warn that if you do not eat something before you take it, you may experience severe stomach pains. This is not a vitamin that looks and smells pretty because it actually does the job compared to leading brands.

But they are large pills. I managed to swallow them okay but if you have a hard time swallowing pills these are not for you. I do like that they have a good variety of vitamins and minerals and they have vitamin K2, which is needed to help absorb vitamin d. The last multivitamin brand I bought did not have vitamin K2.

This is my second purchase. I am pleased with the results of keeping my vitamin and mineral levels on target.

Just got it and took one. Can't rate with stars, but had to choose a number of stars to post this review. These smell very bad, like dog/cat food. I don't know if they are spoilt or not. My Mom's afraid & won't take them. A review said the 1st time buying, it didn't smell, the next time it did. Tried to return, no returns/ no chat available either. (I order other supplements from "source naturals", they seem ok, but this and resveratrol--both smell and this one (the multi vit) is so strong that my Mom is afraid to take it.) I don't know if it is ok or what, and we can't take any more risks with money these days. It would be good if the seller would explain the smell and reasons, if it is not spoiled.

I’ve been taking these vitamins for over 10 years now. They’re great at keeping my energy level up as well as my iron levels as I’m borderline anemic. The taste is awful but in my opinion the tablets are way more effective and cost efficient than the capsules (the dosage is 2 a day for tablets and 4 a day for capsules). I highly recommend these to everyone!
