NOW Supplements, Grape Seed 100 mg, 100 Veg Capsules

Was excited to try these for help with a pancreatic issue but the side effects were too much for me. Most people seem to handle this supplement fine but I a couple issues. One was tenderness and tightness in my upper left abdomen that required Ibuprofen to relieve and the second was a whooshing with heartbeat feeling in my left ear that would happen half a dozen times a day. I was taking one capsule a day for a couple weeks and these side effects started slowly and progressed but ended immediately once stopping this supplement. Maybe I have an allergy or condition that doesn't get along with grape seed extract

Grape Seed has excellent benefits! I take this kind as well as a combo mix from Swansons, every morning and middle of day if I need extra boost to get me through. I try not to take too late in the day however, as have experienced trouble going to sleep if taken later part of day..... It has helped me with energy level.

Took these for floaters for the past several months. Floaters worsen. No medical explanation for worsening symptoms.

Thought these seemed fine at first. Had increased heart rate, dizziness and headache. Then I started having bad acid reflux like I haven't had in years. Did some research and discovered, as others have mentioned, that it might not be good to mix vitamin C with grape seed extract. I searched for another brand without the vitamin C. Will update if I see any difference between the two.

They seem to be helping my stomach issues. I feel stronger and its easier for me to eat. I like the capsules because I can empty the powder onto my food.
