Like I said above, I lost this clip 31 years ago and have looked everywhere I could for a new one. My Waterloo Tool Box has great sentimental value because my parents bought it for me at 18 years old to begin my Technical education and I used it until I was promoted to management in 1991. I lost this clip later that same year and have been searching for a replacement my entire Management career. I'm planning on retiring this January and thank you Amazon for having this clip available to restore my original tool box and now I can begin my retirement working on performance engines with this same toolbox!

Works with old industrial craftsmen

I got this item because it said it was for vintage Mac toolboxes without totally verifying what I had. Apparently, this is for boxes much older than mine, which is from the early 80’s, I would guess. I tried to manipulate them to work with my box, but they just don’t go into the slide deep enough to catch the tang on the side of the drawer. Can’t return them now because of the damage I did to one of them trying to get it to work. Lesson learned - now I know what to get, but I am out so much now due to my error. Really hoping they will work on a couple of vintage Craftsmen top chests I have. Will update if that comes to pass.

They work, expensive and of course after delivered Amazon showed cheaper options available. Hard to get on, so should be hard to get off as well, hopefully they will outlast the toolbox.

Keeps my drawers from falling out.
