After the handle on our suitcase was ripped off by a baggage handler at the Boston airport in 2019, we were at a lose at how to salvage this particular piece of luggage. The rest of it was fine. When I found this, I didn't know what to expect, but it fit perfectly and we still use it to this day.

Perfect replacement for my Kenneth Cole handle that decided to remain in Japan.Style and size were an exact match. Only issue was the screws supplied were too long for my luggage. A couple of bucks at a hardware store and the bag was good as new.

Perfect fit! Thought I was going to have to bring my luggage to a repair shop to replace the handle. Glad I didn't, was super easy to replace. The only thing I ran into was the hardware they sent with the new handle, the bag included bolts, washers, and nuts. The screws were way too long, and there was no need for the nuts since the handle was threaded. Thankfully, I saved the screws from the old handle and used them, they worked perfectly and my suitcase is "on the road again"

Exact replacement for my HEYS suitcase. Only had to replace one bracket but saved the other pieces for later in case they break as well. No drilling or anything-just screwed off old one and screwed on new one. Saved a great suitcase. Made over 25 flights with this suitcase and now can make lots more.

The handle itself is perfect. Just the right size, exactly the same style as the one that broke off. It's sturdy and will easily last the life of the suitcase.However the four screws that came with the kit were absolutely worthless. Each and every single one of them stripped out before I could get them halfway in. They were poorly or incorrectly threaded and made out of cheap metal. I had to unscrew all four of them with pliers. Thankfully I had the original screws from the suitcase. Once I got the bad screws out, I put them old screws in and everything worked perfectly. A job that should have taken me five minutes to install, instead took thirty.Buyer beware. Keep your original hardware or suffer the consequences.

I used these to replace broken handles on a small, budget priced hard sided suitcase. The airline baggage handlers had broken the handle. These looked similar and the measurements matched. These were actually better than the originals because the part the screw attached to is metal, not plastic.
