Good board
Solid board for the price so far. About 2 months in and no issues. Performance is great.

Great slightly older board that works with most AM4 CPUs.
I needed to get a motherboard that worked with my Ryzen 3 3200G CPU that I had lying around in a box, so after getting a used one off eBay that needed a BIOS update to run it (and needed an older processor to be able to do so), I decided to just hit PC Parts Picker and find one that would likely work straight out of the box, which led me to this. My main PC in my studio is using an ASRock board, so I knew I could trust the brand - in fact, the boards are almost identical, but not quite. This mounted perfectly in my microATX rack case, the back panel lining up perfectly with everything in my case. It doesn't generate too much heat, and it runs really well. The BIOS was updated to the latest versions straight out of the box, which meant it worked with my 3200G right out of the gate. ASRock make pretty good boards, would highly recommend.

Reliable and Feature-Packed Motherboard for AM4 Builds!”
The ASROCK B450M PRO4 R2.0 is a solid choice for anyone building or upgrading an AMD system. This Micro ATX motherboard offers great compatibility with AM4 sockets and supports DDR4 memory, ensuring smooth performance for gaming or multitasking. The build quality is outstanding, and it’s easy to set up even for those new to PC building. The inclusion of SATA3, USB 3.2, and M.2 slots provides plenty of connectivity and fast data transfer options. It’s reliable, feature-packed, and delivers excellent performance without breaking the bank. I’m very pleased with its functionality and highly recommend it for any mid-range build!

Best for cheap but good pc built 👌🏼
Can hold almost everything you put on it, the only disadvantage it has is its size. The wires blocked a big size GPU like the 4070

Con...Shipping time was almost 2 weeks...Pro...budget friendly, solid Mobo that supports Ryzen 2000 series processors all the way to Ryzen 5000 series...Easy overclocking in the Bios...M.2 support...Comes with a Easy to understand manual (for newer PC builders)...I had a power surge that bricked my original mobo that only supported Ryzen 1k and 2k processors (I have a Ryzen 7 2700x overclocked to 4.3ghz)...This Mobo is an updated version of my original mobo and the Bios has been updated for Ryzen 5000 processors, which allows me to upgrade my processor as a nice little Christmas gift for myself.Installation was super easy, and I was back up and running in about 45 minutes...unless you are looking to upgrade past Ryzen 5000 processors and use ddr5 ram, this mobo will get you going without hitting the piggy bank too hard..

Does not support 5700G, possibly others
ASRock lists on the Amazon site that this MB supports 5000 series AMD CPUs. The list on their site for this motherboard specifically list support for the 5600G. However, unless Amazon sent me two bad motherboards or two bad CPUs in a row, ASRock's support list is not accurate.I ordered 1 of these MBs with an AMD 5700G. I could not get it to work. I wound up having Amazon replace this MB and the CPU. They simply would not function together.I was lucky enough to have an AMD 1700 handy, so I installed that into the motherboard. It worked fine with that. The board had shipped with BIOS version 10.2, which is newer than the one that introduced 5000 series support, so BIOS was not the problem. I was even more lucky to have a separate known good power supply, so I also tried that with no luck. With a 5700G CPU installed on this board, powering on activates the CPU fan, chassis power LED, and chassis fan(s). Nothing ever appears on any screen whether using onboard or PCI. After a few seconds, the CPU fan halts and the chassis fan turns off. It then turns back on, and the cycle repeats. With nothing else changed but an earlier series CPU, it works fine.If you're considering buying one of these, the board might technically function, but you cannot rely on their supported CPU list.
