Perhaps the first thing to be aware of if you purchase or gift this product is that there's no inner seal and the product has a loose and sloppy consistency so do keep the pot level when opening. But don't let this small point deter you - as Nature Spell's Dead Sea Salt and Bakuchiol Body Scrub is excellent.Nature Spell is a British brand and this body scrub is made in England. Apart from sea salt and bakuchiol - a vegan form of Retinol which is an anti-ageing ingredient - this scrub includes walnut shell powder. So although this product is suitable for all skin types, as walnut is a natural oil absorber this would be perfect too for those with oily or acne prone skin. It also includes vitamins B2 and E as well as rosehip shells. Each inclusion has a specific purpose - To The Sea is a very well formulated body scrub indeed.This scrub, suitable for vegans, is not tested on animals and is cruelty free. Once opened, it will keep for 12 months.To use, you need to apply it to wet skin. However, before using it this way on my body I tried it on the back of one of my hands. When applying eyeshadow earlier I had brushed off the excess on the back of my hand then cleansed it - as I'd thought - with a wipe. So later I put some of this To The Sea scrub on the back of this hand and massaged it in. I could feel the exfoliating properties. But what amazed me was that wiping it off with a tissue, my tissue was dirty looking - so clearly the scrub exfoliated well and removed dirt that wasn't immediately obvious or visible to the eye.I'll be honest - I wasn't expecting too much given the £7 price point at time of writing for the 300ml pot. However, To The Sea exceeded my expectations. It is amazing - and after use my skin felt hydrated. It smells great - really refreshing. I shall be re-ordering this product as well as exploring other Nature Spell scrubs. All you'd want from a scrub, And for a price you won't believe.

My skin was extremely soft and clean after using this! It's definitely a decent scrub for the money and worth trying. Although there may be better scrubs out there but you'll have to pay more for those. This has lovely ingredients and is much better than the one I was using from superdrug!

When I first saw the plastic tub, it looked just like mint jelly. Obviously it’s not but a body scrub.I am used to using really hard textured scrubs, so to use a more liquid scrub, I was looking forward to a nice pamper skin session.I used once in the bathI used once in the shower.So ultimately I did find soaking the skin in the bath first, then applying some scrub to my body, then massaging with my sea sponge actually more beneficial. Maybe because as the scrub comes off into my bath water, the skin is still laying, so continues to work. Where as in the shower, it’s massaged in and rinsed off. Smelled lovely, it was a light jelly base with minimal exfoliating properties.

I love this, Dead Sea salt has so many benefits including reducing the appearance of cellulite and helping heal any skin problems you may have and improving circulation. I am losing weight and it is great to keep my skin few with vitamins and in top condition to help reduce any loose skin. This also contains. The Dead Sea salt exfoliates and gets rid of dead skin and leaves your pores ready to absorb the benefits from the other great ingredients. Bakuchiol has excellent antioxidant properties and also helps promote collagen and is an anti-inflammatory, it also decreases pigmentation. Green tea is rich in antioxidants such as catechin and vitamin C that help in healing the damage caused by harmful oxidants in UV rays, pollution, chemicals, etc. So, all together it is a fantastic scrub. It left my skin feeling refreshed and soft, a real pleasure to use. It is cruelty free which is very important to me. At the time of review a 300ml tub is only £7, fantastic value.
