These laces aren't really as nice of quality as the laces that come with Converse, but I think they are a good substitute when they get dingy. They are slightly wider than the genuine laces but that doesn't seem to be an issue. The 45 inch length is slightly shorter than the original laces that came in my size 7 converse but they work just fine for me. I would recommend these to anyone who wears Converse.

I needed replacement shoe strings for my New Balance athletic shoes. These came in a 2-pack - always nice to have an extra pair around the house - and the color (grey) is actually a very, very close match to the original color. My experience in the past has always been that replacement shoe strings are not as substantial as the laces that come with whichever shoes have been purchased. Not these - these feel strong and substantial. It's difficult to get excited about shoe strings, but these are a good quality for the price.

I got these laces in 45" size to replace some cheap laces on a pair of boys size 1.5 shoes (six year old) I measured the ones that were on the shoes at 40" but since he is just learning to tie his shoes and doesn't like them too tight I thought the extra five inches would be perfect and it was. I like the question above "how does it fit?" Well pretty much perfect since I thought it through (and measured) before I ordered. The laces themselves seem a durable good quality fabric. My son really likes the neon blue color we selected. I appreciate the many size and color options, I would look to these again next time I need some replacement laces for any athletic shoe, his or mine.

These laces, like many I have owned in the past, keep my shoes fitting snugly, but not too tight, around my foot. Since my foot is a little larger than average, women's size 10, I was worried that they might not be able to handle the stress of my activity, but just like my shoe and socks, they have blended in well with the team of foot products that keep my feet safe, comfortable, and functioning. My shoes are navy blue and white, so I was tickled to see that the white laces were a perfect match. Walking around with my new laces has given me the confidence I was lacking. I expect my new favorite accessory will help me radiate joy and positivity as I go through my day.

Seriously, buy these. I bought super-expensive sneakers that came with cheap-o slippery nylon shoelaces I was constantly tying my shoelaces about once every 15 minutes, all day long. It was such a pain. I couldn't find any cotton non-slip shoelaces in my whole town! I bought these shoelaces online and I haven't had a problem since I put them in my sneakers. It's amazing how something that should have so little significance in one's life becomes such a big deal when it requires constant attention. These are great. I tie my shoelaces once a day, and that's it.

I bought these laces for some new athletic shoes as I did not like the bright pale blue color of the laces the shoes came with, although I loved how the shoes otherwise looked and felt (plus were on sale for a great price). I went home, measured the length of the original laces, and searched online for the color and length I wanted. These are perfect. The color was as looked online, they stay tied well, and make the new shoes work for me. I only needed one pair, but two pairs of these cost about the same as one pair of some others, so this was a better value.

I purchased these to replace some round laces that had broken on my Keen shoes. I didn't like that the Keen shoes had an inner cotton lace and a fabric outer. The fabric outer would tear, making the cotton inner bunch up and then tearing the lace. These laces are just the fabric and are flat. I find that this allows me to tie the shoe tighter (like a sneaker lace) and it feels better on my foot than the original round laces. The length also gives me enough to double-knot the laces if I choose to do so. So far, these laces have lasted 2 years with almost daily wear!
