I purchased this item for vacations. I used it once in the fall, then in May when I went to use it again it would not turn on.I was unable to return it through Amazon site because it was past the 30 day return window. Contacted the company’s customer service and they replaced the item.Within 3 days a had a new one arrived at my door. Thank you!! Can’t wait to use it again on my next adventure.This is perfect for my needs

Works great if you have the time. My hair usually takes 5 mins to dry and style( short thin hair) but with this it takes about 10 minutes to fully dry and style my hair. Doesn't create as much volume as a traditional hair dryer.

I use the brush on my dry hair a couple days after I got a wash and set for a touch up on my 4c hair to bring it back to life as my hir is natural with no perm so it tends to get puffy in the middle and it definitely worked! Flatirons are to harsh for my hair as it always seems to snag pieces of my hair and this brush did the job!

This product is loud , but it does the trick. It gives me salon hair. A little bit of volume and my hair is Shinier.If you can deal with the noise and the bulkiness then I’ll recommend to get it.

I love it!! Great variety of tools. And the round/oval brush doesn’t tangle in my hair; I can wrap my long hair around it and it comes right out. The flat brush slides great through my hair also without tangling. I can dry my hair entirely in about 15 minutes. I had been in the habit of just drying and curling my bangs, and leaving the rest of my hair to dry naturally. This is much better. Good amount of heat.
