Yeah it leaks when you set it down, but just drips of water. It's still plenty full when it's time to use. This is exactly what I wanted for the price, it works great and it's fun. Shoots a very good distance.

This is just about as close to perfect as an off-brand Super Soaker can be. I haven't noticed any problem with operation: it's a "pump to shoot" water gun. Pretty good range. In a perfect world, it would fire with a little harder pressure (but it's fine as is). When held or propped upright, no leakage. Would buy again.

Sturdy with a decent sized reservoir. Excellent range for a pump style water pistol. Range corresponds to how hard/fast you can pump it. Says it doesn't leak but there is a tiny vent hole that will drip a little if you set it on its side. This protects the gun from damage caused by heat expansion if left in the sun. Great for keeping stray cats off the yard furniture.

I originally was looking at cap guns to scare the scrub jays, squirrels, and feral cats away from my bird feeders... but dang! The guns all look so real. The last thing I wanted was the neighbors seeing me shooting a gun in my front yard... Welcome Mr. Pen-Water Gun! What looks like a child's plastic toy, truly shoots a great 32 foot distance and with accuracy, too (reaching the scrubs & not the other birds). Now the critters scramble just when they hear me open the front door. A follow-up squirt to clear then from the taller trees or chase them wet into a neighboring yards. Solid material, no leaking & easy to store by the door... works great on the husband, too ;-)

about the only thing good that can be said is it does squirt water PERIOD, other than that it is garbage, the gun itself does not stand up alone, and as such when you set it down with any water in it it LEAKS from the slide handle and the worthless snap on cap which does little, it leaks from the breather hole as well as the lip on the body of the gun that the cap is supposed to seal, may as well of not even put a cap on it. this could have been avoided by either adding a stand so you do not have to lay the gun down on its side, or when designed the mold should of had a couple small feet so it could stand up by itself and putting a screw on filler cap, the push on cap is worthless! But hey it does squirt water that is about it, so if you want a gun that leaks water everywhere this is the gun for you! If you want a real squirt gun LOOK elsewhere....

I like this water gun. It works well and has a long reach. Holds a good amount of water. The problem is that the cap on the water reservoir is hard to get back on and it leaks at the cap if you lay the water gun down on its side. Have to fiddle with the cap quite a bit to try to get it to fit. Otherwise, a nice water gun. They should do better quality control on the cap.

I have 3 kids old enough for water guns and I have bought a lot of them over the years. This water gun is by far my favorite. It holds just shy of 2.5 cups of water and can get between 65 and 70 full pumps out of it. It has a very nice range too! I'd say between 20 and 30 feet. It's comfortable in your hand and easy to hold and use by even my 3 year old. For larger hands you have to put your pinky under the hand grip. I didnt notice any leaking either. Excellent price point. Definitely buying more.

It came promptly and was packed well. Haven't gotten the time to try it out as yet. Hope the water squirting out is good enough to drive the pest (squirrel and deer) away.
