A nice low price gets you this wonderful non stick pan with glass lid. After using it for several weeks there isn’t a speck of dirt stuck on it or a single scratch in the coating. A spray of hot water followed by a gentle wipe with a soapy sponge is all I’ve needed to clean it. The 8 inch is a perfect size for a single person making a burger or eggs and bacon.

This is the first time I’ve ever made perfect over easy eggs. Love the pan, handle & lid. It took 2 minutes to assemble & even came with a nice screwdriver & extra screw with washers. I like the quality of this small frying pan. Been using it for a few months now and have only noticed a small burn mark on the handle if the flame is too high. Apart from that it's OK and also arrived a couple days early although I live in a rural area outside the USA.

Have used this pan on an almost daily basis. It works great and looks as good as new. I am now looking for a larger one and it would be nice to have a matching set but I hate the handle. It feels yucky and they call it bakelite. It is NOT bakelite. They claim this is PFOA safe. What about the other two major chemicals in Teflon - PTFE and PFOS. No mention of those, which leads me to believe this contains them. However, I asked Rufus and he said it is also PTFE and PFOS free. Can I rely on Rufus? I don't know. Trying to find a ceramic non-stick induction pan without dangerous chemicals that kill the birds and compromise our lungs too is darned frustrating.

This is my favorite pan I have ever had. I was sick of the toxic nonstick pans that only lasted a month before sticking so I searched for healthier alternatives. This has lasted me a while and it’s still nonstick. I do treat it with care though avoiding scrubbing although it does not even need it. I use an organic dish soap and a paper towel and it comes out clean every time! Nonstick!!

biught this for my new apt since i didnt own a fryin pan…i always look for a pan with lid and this was in my budget…item came with scredriver to install handle…so far ive cooked eggs,meat.and pancakes and hasnt stuck to pan even without nom stick spray
