Most lumbar support belts are similar. They differ in the quality of the material and the stitching, the comfort, the breathability, and the stiffness of the support rods. This belt has good quality neoprene with strong stiches. The thing I like most about it is the breathability and comfort. The material takes good shape around my torso which is great but it’s also extremely comfortable because of the style netting and material they use. It breathes very well while still wrapping tightly around my midsection. I wear it under my clothing but sometimes over my undershirts and both aren’t bothersome. The support rods could be a little stiffer but for the price they are great rods! The double straps allow me to make the belt tighter if I feel I need more support. This is a great belt. Comfortable, good quality, good price, helps me maintain good posture, and helps with my mild back pain.

Works great, does not ride up while walking

This is more an elastic band than a back brace. The ribs of the brace are flimsy plastic that cannot hold position. If they had used some stronger support rods, this would be a great brace. For those with back pain issues, these support rods are very important to protect the back. In my opinion, this is not for those with severe back issues. However, the material used, the stitching and breathability are very good.
