This is a heavy duty bar that comes with hardware for install. No instructions for install but I guess they don't want that liability. If using the wood screws like I did, use a 7 mm drill bit. I wasted a bunch of time drilling too small of holes. That same size is noted on the concrete anchors package.

Good for the price
I actually mounted this to my basement ceiling instead of a doorway and it works like a charm. The bar itself is a little slick so I wrapped it in silicone tape

Sturdy
Great pull-up bar. Very sturdy and versatile. I also have silks hung from mine.

Great Bar
Bought for my indoor gym. Installed it into wood easily. Very sturdy and impressive. Using a Tribe Pull Up Assist and TRX System with it. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed, IMO.

Good quality but..
Doesn’t fit stud to stud. Too big. No instructions. It seemed perfect i wish it would have worked.
