This product is Ayurvedic and no any side effects. This product help you complete sleeping. After sleeping and wake up you feel better.

Worst product and not good for health
I tried this cause I suffer from Insomnia. This product doesn’t help as required instead it works quite later and causes an imbalance in your body as well. All the advantages mentioned might work on other people but if you are someone who suffered from acidity and nausea this makes life worse for you . Do not use it.

Very effective!
Plix deep sleep supplement works great on my body in fact it is so effective sometimes I struggle to wake up. I have tried different forms of melatonin from capsules to gummy to mouth dissolving strips to effervescent and I think Plix deep sleep effervescent sleep supplement works really well and this one puts me to sleep instantly. I would have rated five stars if it was better priced. Overall a great product 👍🏽

Waste of money, didn't get any benefit
Writing this review after 2 weeks, I am taking this pill from past 15 days, but i never got a sleep in 30 mins or even in 1 hour and worst part is when i wake up next day i never felt fresh. This product is nothing but only a marketing and i fell in this gimmick.
