It’s a great product and works great on the flies.

Best floatant I’ve used
… and I’ve been through a lot of them. Doesn’t leave a residue on the water and only needed to reapply after a fish or maybe 45 minutes to an hour of casting. Quick drying with amadou helps the reapplication stick. The fly rides high resulting in more strikes.

Good quality floatent
quality floatent and at a good price. I've used it on almost all my dry flies with no issues.

Waterproofs, but does not seem to help float as much as I want.
This was recommended to me by a guy catching fish, when I was not catching fish. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work. I does seem to waterproof the hackle and feathers on my flies, but that doesn't always seem to actually make them float. I think I am going to try the old rain-x trick to see if I can get waterproofing without the added weight.

Goat Float, you could use it on your boat if you need too!
The product is incredibly easy to apply to flies or fly line, and it will last a long time with either one. It's floatability is what I would call "one of super longevity" and you won't have to keep reapplying it over and over. The product comes in a very large container and it will last you a long time, probably several seasons.
