For the wok and frying pans, we do not guarantee a non-stick performance level as it depends on users’ skills and proper usage. A replacement will not be made unless there is clear defect in the product. There will be no replacement for an item purchased outside of our store.

A hex key is supplied if I recall as well as an xtra handle.

Q: Does the bottom convex after many uses?

I've used mine about 10 times. No warping. It required very little heat.
