Results! Results! A friend recommended this brand to me. I can't take ibuprofen for back issues and am a cardiac patient with not so good cholesterol numbers. Ortho Doc says take the IB for pain, Cardiologist says NO, don't take it. Been taking this supplement for over a month at a lower dose (am not a medication friendly person) and my bad knees which have caused me so much discomfort is so lessened, it's scary. Curcumin was actually recommended by my family physician for joint pain and also for heart health.Then my message therapist told me about the black pepper additive that aids absorbtion, so that's why I am taking PlantOrigin Curcumin now and it certainly helps with aches and pains as we get older - I am 80! A lot better than pain meds and their side effects. Just be patient, it's not an overnight remedy, it takes a few weeks for your body to respond, but it will.

This is a great product at a good price. It is very fresh. When you open the bottle you can smell the freshness. I have been using this product for inflammation due to RA for several months and it helps a great deal. If I do not take it I am more achey and inflamed. I have been taking Turmeric for years as a substitute for RA meds. I am happy to say this is the best one I have found so far.

I am a big believer in holistic medicine so was excited to get this. The instructions say to take 6 tablets a day, so being a small person, I took three. I had such heartburn at night, I have cut down to one, in the morning. But I still believe I see the benefit as I am healthy as a horse when others around me are getting sick. Maybe 6 a day would be okay for a bigger person.

I ran out of the turmeric curcumin. Within a week or so, my arthritic joints pain went from mild to very painful. After a week back on the product, my joint pain significantly decreased. This is a great tool to have to manage joint pain.
