Remote screen going out after second use.
The media could not be loaded. Update….I contacted the manufacturer and they took care of replacing the remote. I was told on the phone that the remote was failing. After the second use the screen on the controller is half grey/light blue and hard to see. I tried replacing batteries etc. This is an expensive unit, I shouldn’t be having trouble with it after the second use. I keep it on a lanyard around my neck so it was not damaged.

Disappointed
Spent $500 on this system and the Amp was no good. First and foremost, there isn't enough room in the battery bay to install the 10 AA batteries in their tray and place the wiring in the bay. You have to force the wiring into the housing after placing the tray do to the QD plug being too big (too thick) to sit beside the tray in the gap that is left. Once I paired the call and the remote, the decoy, and scan function (call rotation) worked properly, but the call would only produce static/ crackles. Come to find out the contacts on the main Amp board had a short. Currently waiting on a refund, to either purchase another one, or buy a competitor's call. Needless to say I'm not happy.

Learn how to shoot because you will have plenty of targets
You are going to look at the price and say “WOW, too much money for a call”. I said the same thing but bought it anyways. 15 minutes into a hunt and a coyote was charging at the call. I hope it holds up longterm because I will be putting it to use. I think the rotating option really helps out. This thing is crazy awesome, and that is coming from someone who is not easily impressed.**Update** after a few hunts with no luck, I had time to really check out the call. I am dropping a star due to one flaw I see in the call. There is NO protection from moisture around several components. Example: an o-ring or simple rubber seal around the battery cover for the remote would be nice. I question long term durability due so said concerns.

Did not work out of the box
Product didn’t work out of the box, would go to the “updating” screen and freeze. Sent back for refund and they’ve had it 2 weeks and no refund yet, reached out to lucky duck and they said I needed to contact Amazon for a return. Wouldn’t buy again!

Everything and more!
I took it out this evening and tried out the coon calls for fun. And had a big ol’ coon come ripping down a tree in a couple minutes. It was impressive. Sounds are amazing and with the call rotating! It sounds like the call is running around the woods! Amazing feature for sure. The built in decoy is also nice. It functioned as it should and the motor was pretty quiet. With its own storage cubby on the call is super handy. The sound library is awesome as well! Several coyote vocalization calls which is a must. And they all sound amazing. Overall so far I love it. With time if my feelings change I will post a update. But as of now I couldn’t be happierI added a photo comparing it to my old FoxPro. It’s a monster but not overly heavy by any means
