Our remote got wet and no longer functioned. The replacement worked perfect right out of the box.

This remote is the absolute worst, the buttons stick, the top piece fell off and it’s essentially useless. I bought this one because the last one we bought was like less than $10 but didn’t have the voice feature and this one does so I thought it’d be worth the $20 plus price tag, it isn’t. Go with the ten dollar remote because this piece of junk literally fell apart and is utter garbage.

We have bought 3 replacement remotes for my daughter’s Toshiba TV and none of them worked until this one. Thank you, it works perfectly!!!

The remote did not connect immediately so I went back to the page on Amazon where I purchased it and followed those directions. I wish those directions were included with the remote. The remote now works fine.

My new Amazon Fire TV remote was very easy to install using the instructions provided. The problem I am having is that there were no instructions for installing the voice command part of the new remote.

The remote works when you first get it. Then the connection light starts blinking even though you know u connected the remote. Then the right directional key stops working. I literally took off the direction key cover and put it back in for it to work. I shouldnt have to do that. I bought two and both have the same problem.

If you do not have your tv connected to the internet before pairing your new remote. It will Annoyingly and Constantly pop up an Update in progress for the remote. Why?! It’s a freaking remote for a tv! Why should a tv remote require a security update to work properly!!!? Freaking stupid af!!! Plus it’s sticky and some of the buttons don’t work properly.!!!! 🤬

Bought a cheap knock off that worked at first but TV wouldn't add antenna channels. Did a factory reset and then remote wouldn't pair with tv. Returned it, got this one for twice as much, $20 instead of $10, and it has worked without issue and I was able to add antenna channels.
