Not much more to say other than I expected no roms and good build quality. Happy to say this has both.

With hundreds and hundreds of games at your disposal with cheats preloaded, its hard to argue why you shouldn't have this chip. I don't see why anyone should buy the physical games and keep a case around popping games in/out and potentially damaging cartridges and losing data/progress. Just buy one of these and you won't ever need to buy another game again or carry around dozens of cartridges. Works super well, is very reliable, and has all the most popular games.

It works fine but you WILL NEED to change the sd card since it’s a generic fake that WILL corrupt if you don’t change it. And make sure it’s in Fat32 format if it’s larger than 32gb. Look up tutorials.

I was skeptical about this particular R4. Mainly because I've owned a few in the past, and they required a bit of technical fidgeting to work properly. THIS one though... I just popped it in and just worked! No hassle, and no fidgeting. Just pop-in and play. A great buy! HIGHLY recommended! 😁👍

Great buy for the money. Comes with a great selection of preloads (240). I have yet to see it get corrupt saves which is very annoying (leads to game progress loss as well as preloads loss as well). Usually happens when the sd card is not formatted correctly or it’s bad. I have not run into one that has had a bad R4 adapter yet. No time bomb -big must- just like the instructions say put the micro sd card into a adapter and back it up to your computer. If you tech savvy you can edit the files on the micro sd card and start to tailor you library. If you can do that you also already know where to start searching online for roms you would like. (Of course you need to delete them within the 24hour window if you don’t already own the game ;). Happy gaming
