They are crazy, bright and crazy strong... Very well built whips from what we saw. Problem that arose for us is the App used to control the whips is BLE DIM. BLE DIM was a great App once now its out dated in several aspects, mainly the color wheel. The color wheel does not have the spectrum of color changing abilities as many newer app's. Our project specifically needed the color Orange which should have been easy, but the color wheel from BLE DIM has no Orange colors, not even Amber could be achieved outside of the preset turn signal. Most buy whips for a crazy spectrum of colors, we do specific colors with the RGB ability for uses. These are great whips, but just not for our use. Someday, if they update to a better color wheel and can really use the color spectrum we will give 5 stars PLUS and use on all our projects. If its just about having great whips no matter your colors, do not hesitate to get 5150 Whips!

great quality and worth the money in my opinion

Shortly after buying these and setting them up, they began flickering and not working right. It started with just one channel, now both are doing it. They randomly switch into a flash pattern that isn’t even available in the app. If I run them at full brightness they will flash white (no matter what color I have set). IF…… they actually worked as intended they’d be great. The company’s website says for warranty I have to send back the entire kit, everything, and then wait…… till when ever they get around to looking at it. Well, I’ve been trying to reach them for weeks and have not gotten any response. So apparently they really don’t care about their customers. And honestly if I can’t get ahold of them now, what happens when I send the product back and can’t ever reach them, I’m out my money and don’t even have a partly working light.I’ve owned them for 2 1/2 months, and the price has increased almost $100. So if I just send them back to Amazon, it’ll cost me an extra $100 to get a new kit.Super unhappy customer!!! I wanted these to be great, but…. they, AND the company clearly SUCK!!!!!!I can’t say this enough, don’t waist your money with them- fyi, this is the most scathing review I’ve ever written. I’ve never been as upset, disappointed, and angry about a purchase as I am with this one.I sure hope the company gets to read this. I’d love for them to make it right (if they do, I’ll update this review) but I’m not holding my breath
