Difficult to put together for kids and easily comes apart but it's fun enough for kids to play with for a while

Bought this for my granddaughter for her sixth birthday she absolutely loves them. They’re very cute the yard little but they super cute and a great little toy for little girls to play

There are a lot of pieces, which is fine because my daughter loves little trinkets. My issue is that the village is made out of little cheap cardboard unfortunately. Easily rips. Super cute otherwise but I do feel it's a bit expensive for what you get.

Very cute and fun for kids that enjoy playing with small characters. This was a gift for my granddaughters. She enjoys playing with it.

Bought this for my niece. She loves My Little Pony but also Polly Pocket, so I thought this would work similar. I can understand the price decrease now, having helped her put it together. The playset requires a steady hand, but once you've got it all put together, you have to disassemble the entire thing to close it and carry it around. You can store all the tiny plastic decorations inside of it, but with careful placement. It's also kind of unstable standing open; I wish the bottom side of the playset was flat. I can't see my niece doing this well, even at her age. My niece had difficulty placing the ponies in the horseshoe-shaped stands on various areas of the playset too, and would often knock the piece off the playset because of it (the trees and the balconies). It also fails to tell you that the side walls have to be pulled down, then pushed back up to close the case. Another odd thing was all of the cardboard cutout buildings; it shouldn't have even included them at all. They clash with the playset and feel like an afterthought. The little ponies were our favorite and the best part of the set; a lot of detail for being so tiny. TLDR: great concept, cute figures, but nightmare of a playset (especially for kids to use).

My daughter loves it

When I ordered this months ago, the images were all for the Friends of Maretime Bay set, so I wasn't sure what would arrive. What I got was a disappointing set with a host of issues that just ruined it. Despite the packaging that prevents the set from falling out, the front was badly scuffed as if it had come loose. The set is held shut by a single latch that doesn't seem strong enough for the size/weight and a front hatch to hold accessories will pop open without any effort. There's also nothing stopping the 'wings' of the set from sliding down when the case is supposed to be closed, allowing the contents to spill out if one's not careful. The inside seems really sparse without the cardboard props and the plastic trees won't stay up on the pegs in the green area... they just fall over. Like the other sets, it's 100% not designed with portability in mind and even the flat flowers need to be removed from the field to get it to close properly. All of the plastic bits can technically fit inside, but it's tight. If the storage hatch on the front stayed closed it'd help, but it flops open randomly. I doubt many of the cardboard pieces would fit inside even if they were flattened. The gazebo was stressful to fold thanks to the thin rails... I folded it around a game case but it still felt close to tearing. There is no way I'd recommend this to a child! The plastic bits are small, the case barely holds together and the cardboard stuff's too fragile and won't survive multiple disassemblies. The Zephyr Heights set is tiny but at least it can hold itself shut. This is physically larger but has almost the same amount of plastic pieces. Frankly, I was happier with the Izzy keychain than this set. It's also a bummer to see the price drop less than a week after its release.
